We offer a wide range of exercises for women: bosu, zumba and flexi-bar, as well as aerobics with weight training, power yoga, circuit training, slowtoning, fitballs, pilates, bodystyling, portdebras, endorphin dance. Operation of fitness center and solarium with GRÜNSPORT machines. Possibility to use cardio zone with treadmills, steppers, elliptical or exercise bikes with weight capacity up to 180 kilograms. We also train BOSU, pilates, exercise for women, zumba and kick boxing.
