We organize exercise and intensive classes in aqua aerobics, aerobics, zumba, fit ball, body step and more. We offer exercise classes geared towards moms and kids or babysitting. We provide seminars, workshops and one-day, weekend and weekly events.

We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We offer aerobics, zumba, athletics, volleyball for girls, capoiera, exercise for children from 2 years old and health exercises for women.

My private practice reflects my international experience and evidence-based recommendations. The client takes an active role in their health and together we decide on treatment approaches. Most often I combine manual approaches and an active form of physiotherapy- exercise with an emphasis on client independence.

We run a sports club. Our clubs focus on exercise for women and children, floorball, cycling, futsal and recreational sports.
