We are a rehabilitation outpatient clinic for older school age children and adults. We offer post-trauma, post-surgery, sports physiotherapy, physical therapy, health exercises and ergonomic counselling. We are not an inpatient facility or an insurance company partner. All patients are self-pay patients with us, even with an FT voucher.

We offer a wide range of wellness and fitness activities. There is tennis including training, badminton, squash, EnerGym fitness zone, SPINNING®, pilates, yoga and dashi. There is also a ClubWell wellness area with a swimming pool, whirlpool and saunas.

We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We run volleyball, basketball, tennis and floorball clubs. We offer bodystyling, health and fitness classes, power yoga and fitness classes with music.

We organize sports activities. We run clubs for handball, yoga, judo, bodybuilding, skittles, archery, chess, fencing, tennis and volleyball.
