We offer yoga, pilates and relaxation classes focused on yoga to help calm the mind and strengthen the body. On our weekends you will enjoy different types of yoga, relaxation and breathing techniques. We connect with the universe and find our way to inner peace. Courses of yoga, hormonal yoga for women, yoga stays in the Czech Republic and abroad, individual therapy and counselling in the field of health and lifestyle, psychonetic therapies (individual and couple), self-education programmes and workshops, work with groups and coaching.

If your back hurts, you need to stretch, or you are an active senior, health exercises are right for you. I use elements of yoga, pilates, conditioning and a variety of exercise equipment in my classes. I am very happy to welcome adherents of the traditional yoga path to my regular Kundalini Yoga classes.
