We are an internationally accredited training center with more than 50 courses. We organize accredited (MSMT) fitness personal trainer courses, bodybuilding courses, professional trainer courses, ball exercise courses, fitness instructor courses, fitness school.

We offer nutrition counseling courses. We also run a nutrition counsellor retraining course taught by professional nutrition lecturers. Each course is held in classrooms with modern equipment.

We provide a virtual gym in the form of video lessons. Our goal is to harmonize body, mind and soul through a movement program. We focus on proper exercise execution to help compensate for muscle imbalances and improve overall health.
