I offer a professional coaching approach. I have 10 years of experience and 1700 hours of coaching with teams and individual clients. I work as a transformational coach not only for Executive & Leadership. I am a member of the International Coach Federation.

I help people better understand themselves, their bodies, and the connections between their experiences. Together, we explore ways to bring about change in their personal lives, relationships, health, work, and business. I am a senior specialist in the JIH® method and a mentor. I integrate work with the mind, body, and emotions with practical steps in everyday life.

I provide coaching and therapy in the field of personal and professional development, partner relationships and psychosomatics. During consultations, we have a confidential conversation where we observe together the emotional attunement related to the experienced situations, fears or traumas and work with them in the here and now.

A guide to personal change. I help people understand emotions, heal the past and find their own direction. I work with sensitive people (HSP), trauma and long-term stress. I offer One Brain Kinesiology, Regression Therapy, Constellations, customized Bach essences, and nature therapy.
