Life is a journey on which we learn to be happy and full of energy. On this journey I will assist you with the therapeutic method of Life Maps, the EmotionAid program, strategic and transformational coaching and counseling for parents, partners and individuals small or large.

As a career counsellor and life coach, I am ready to help you get things moving if you are looking to make a change. I help my clients change their lives for the better and support them in their professional and personal matters.

I offer psychotherapy services for individuals and couples in English and Spanish.

Coaching is the bridge between where you are and where you want to be. I am dedicated to personal development and education, focusing not only on the public, but especially on those in the helping professions and informal carers.
