We are a small butcher's shop dedicated to the processing of venison and pork. We produce a range of goodies - from pates, sausages to a fine-tuned barbecue range. Our production is done by hand in small batches, which allows us to guarantee high quality and freshness. Most of our range is gluten free.

Our family has been producing sausage specialties since the 1930s. We offer fresh, dried and durable products such as sausages, bacon and sausage rolls. We work with local artisans and are happy to represent the traditions of our ancestors. We are also happy to make other specialties to order.

We are wholesalers of cut and production meat. We offer pork, beef, chicken, duck, turkey, horse or smoked meats and sausage products from our own production. We produce exclusively from quality ingredients according to original recipes.
