Individual therapy for adults guided by the Gestalt psychotherapeutic approach. I use mindfulness techniques, nervous system work (EmotionAid method) and other approaches in therapy when needed. I am currently accepting new clients for care. I provide therapy in Louny, Chomutov and online.

I work as a freelance trainer and coach, I also provide corporate training. I focus on people management, motivation, emotional intelligence, self-management, communication and the topic of resilience. I prepare practical and interactive workshops where I connect theory with practice. I also provide individual counselling.

Freedom comes with education. We are opening the doors of possibilities and alternatives. It is not a quick fix, but a solution built on solid foundations. A solution that has the potential to overcome everything. Education and new knowledge become our new faith and hope.
