All flats are 1 + 1 bedroom, but thanks to the area of more than 40 m2 they are spacious for their layout. Each apartment has a balcony or a small terrace on the ground. All apartments are oriented to the south or west.

The main mission of this project is to provide a wide range of social services to elderly Shoah survivors. This includes providing comfortable accommodation, social and nursing care, quality food, social-therapeutic services, group and individual activities.

We operate sheltered housing. We provide help with managing routine personal care, hygiene and exercising rights. We offer educational and activation activities, mediation of contact with the social environment, social therapeutic activities. Meals are also provided.

Registered non-profit organization providing professional care to seniors with reduced self-sufficiency according to §40 of Act No.108/2006 Coll., on Social Services and § 6 of Decree No. We provide a wide range of services for the elderly, providing lunch, social contact, culture.

We offer nursing services. We provide support and assistance to the elderly, families in which 3 or more children are born at the same time, persons with chronic illness or disabilities who are recipients of disability pensions.

Day care centre. We provide a home for people with intellectual or combined disabilities. We provide assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and meals. We support clients in personal and social activities and interests.

The company comes to the Czech market with a proven concept of cooperative housing for young families, seniors and individuals, which is also suggested by its name "Housing cooperatives together with citizens". In cooperation with towns and municipalities, we give people the opportunity to acquire their own housing in the form of cooperative ownership.

Offer accommodation for people over 65 years old. 10 small studio apartment units available. In addition to the living room, the interior amenities include a kitchen equipped with a double cooker and sanitary facilities complete with suitable grab rails to facilitate movement and provide greater mobile security for residents.

We offer social and care services as well as personal assistance to the elderly, disabled and needy. We operate a home with a special regime. We focus on improving communication and other skills, self-realization and mediating contact with the environment.

Available apartment 1+kk. Housing for seniors with assistance, caretaker present (taxi driver and hourly husband in one), number of apartments 12, family environment. Handicap accessible apartments with kitchen, built-in wardrobe and private garden. Housing allowance is available, we can arrange, social activities, transport around the area and meals.

Home for the elderly provides social services to seniors with full day care. Up to 25 clients can live in the comfortable environment of the home and are cared for by caregivers, nurses, social workers and other qualified staff. The home includes a garden.
