The library provides library and information services. Its collection focuses on the humanities, social and natural sciences, medicine, religion and sports.

Offering an extensive collection of Dutch, Frisian and Afrikaans literature, works in translation, Dutch textbooks and magazines.

The Jesuit Library contains a book collection made up of the estates of members of the Czech Province of the Society of Jesus, donations from benefactors at home and abroad, and targeted acquisitions. It is in the care of a purpose-built Jesuit institution in a rented house of the Metropolitan Chapter of St. Wenceslas.
