The Vodňany Vocational School of Services offers a three-year full-time program leading to a vocational certificate. Students spend one week attending theoretical classes at school and the next week undergoing vocational training. The school offers students the option of meals in the school cafeteria and accommodation with full board in the youth dormitory.

State vocational high school provides instruction in four-year agribusiness, social work, plant science, science lyceum and information technology.
