Providing operation and functionality of computer technology and office information system. We focus on the creation and management of the internet presence of the municipal district.

The Department provides legal services for the needs of the municipal authorities, keeps records of complaints, petitions and petitions and participates in their handling. It handles the agenda of requests for information pursuant to Act No. 106/1999 Coll., ensures a comprehensive agenda related to procurement procedures pursuant to Act No. 134/2016 Coll.

Carrying out management reviews of municipal districts of the capital city of Prague, local self-government units and voluntary associations of municipalities. Provides tasks in the field of anti-corruption activities, keeping a central register of petitions and complaints submitted to the authorities of the capital city.

Representation of the borough authority in legal and court matters. Keeping records of litigation. Control of contracts concluded by the municipality.

Preparation and implementation of constructions and management and maintenance of local roads. Determination of local and temporary traffic arrangements.

Provide organization and analytical work for the implementation and operation of computer technology and computer network in the office building. Ensuring the operation of the information system.

Management of the budget of the municipality and control of its management. Administration and enforcement of local fees and fines.

We provide legal services to the municipal authorities. We organise public procurement. We keep records and control contracts concluded by the municipality.

Providing legislative and legal activities of the city authorities. Coordinates and controls the procurement process of the various departments.

Providing complete economic records of the Authority's income and expenditure. Managing local charges and funding the running of the Authority and its departments.

It performs the function of a building authority within the scope of the Act and the relevant implementing regulations.

Legal representation of the borough. Legislative activity and methodical management of the legal activities of the authority. Management of the administration of public procurement. Offering free legal advice to the citizens of Prague 6.

Handling requests for verbal, telephone and written information. Collection of administration fees.

Providing repair and maintenance of local roads and markings on them. Operation of a collection yard. Disposal of black dumps.
