The department provides for the construction and legal activities of the city. It conducts individual zoning proceedings for the issuance of zoning decisions on the location or change of construction, issues zoning approvals. It provides consultancy and advisory services and carries out activities in the field of environmental protection.

The first written report dates back to 1115. The town is located at an altitude of 211 metres. We have an ice rink, a sports park, a skate park, a municipal beach, a sports club and a primary and kindergarten school. We organize cultural and social events.

We provide administration of the school register. We also offer preparation, organization, implementation and promotion of cultural events organized by the city.

Providing construction legal activities of the city.

The first written record dates back to 1152. The village is located at an altitude of 493 metres. We have a voluntary firefighters' association, a fishing association and a physical education union. We organize cultural and social events. We offer Czech point services.

We ensure and perform tasks arising from the Act on Financial Control in Public Administration and on Amendments to Certain Acts. We cooperate with the bodies carrying out public administration control, check the effectiveness and quality of the internal control system, prepare a medium-term plan and annual plans.

Castle Park Management. Preparation and implementation of investments with assessment and evaluation, including tenders for public procurement. Provision of works related to EU, state budget and Central Bohemian Regional Authority subsidy titles. Ensuring public works.
