The Department shall record in the Trade Register the suspension of the trade at the request of the entrepreneur and issue a notice of fact. Suspends and revokes trade licenses in administrative proceedings.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children. We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the field of health and social affairs.

We provide maintenance of the vehicle register, performance of state professional supervision in road transport, administration of the agenda concerning driving schools and traffic offences. The department processes data on the withdrawal of driving licences and their restoration or assigns registration plates to road motor vehicles.

We deal with the economic management of the city. We approve the budget. We administer local taxes and fees. We carry out the settlement of financial relations to the state budget and the budget of the higher territorial self-government unit.

Provision of civil registry and population registration. We manage the agenda of identity cards and travel documents. We handle ceremonies, birth, marriage and death certificates, certificates of legal capacity to marry. We verify the conformity of copies with the document and authenticate signatures.

Authority issues decisions on granting a license or suspension of business. Maintains the trade register.

We focus on the maintenance of the vehicle register, the performance of state professional supervision in road transport and the administration of the agenda relating to driving schools or traffic offences. We decide on the permanent and temporary withdrawal of road vehicles from service and approve the technical fitness of vehicles.

The Investment Department in the area of project preparation prepares documents of a construction nature, ensures project preparation, prepares the opinions of the city, assesses investment plans and projects of other investors and, on the basis of a mandate, acts for the city as a party to proceedings under Act No. 183/2006 Coll.

We provide management of public spaces of the city and roads. We carry out comprehensive maintenance of local roads, public spaces and greenery of the city.

Management of city property and property relations. We provide forest property management, felling, planting and management of the city's forests. We maintain records of restitution and assessments. We specialize in land purchases, sales, exchanges and leases, including the preparation of contracts.

Exercises state administration within the scope of the municipal authority of the municipality with extended jurisdiction under the Building Act, except for zoning. Within this competence, it issues, in particular, decisions on the location of buildings, planning consents, consents for notified buildings, building permits, permits changes to buildings, etc.
