The Department provides legal service in matters of governmental and municipal administration and records the City's legal and internal regulations. It also implements the legal protection of citizens in the apparent interference with the peace. Prepares contracts for property transfers, including geometric plans and expert appraisals, etc.

We deal with the management of the city's economy. We collect local taxes and keep records of municipal waste disposal fees. We provide complete treasury services and maintain payroll and personnel records. Other activities of the department include maintaining the slot machine agenda or managing the City's budget.

The office commissions and leads the development of the city's capital projects and ensures their implementation. Prepares documents to secure tenders for contractors. It also maintains photographic documentation of the execution of works and carries out supervision of the investor. Prepares and elaborates the maintenance plan for local roads.

We provide construction and environmental management activities of the city. We issue planning decisions, planning information and planning consents. We provide building permits, building alteration permits, building removal permits, occupancy consents or trial run permits.

Providing civil registry and population registration services. Arranging wedding ceremonies. Certification of signatures and copies of documents. The registry office also issues certificates of change of marital status, decides on change of name and surname, etc.

The office handles the administration of the city's finances, budgeting and bookkeeping. It prepares tax returns, financial statements for the City, and reports on the City's budget performance. It maintains accounts for the funds established by the City, the revenues and expenditures of the City and accounts receivable.

We are engaged in budgeting and accounting or preparing reports on the city's management. We also prepare financial statements, inventories, issue invoices and record accounts receivable. We also prepare economic documents for the decisions of the council.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children. We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the field of health and social affairs.

We provide oversight of the City's investments and administration of grants to fund investments. We organize public tenders, represent the city in proceedings under the Building Act, and fulfill the duty of the owner of city property in matters of repairs and investments. We prepare calculations for investments and construction works.

Providing the city's accounting agenda, accounting for revenues, expenditures and economic activity, preparation of comprehensive methodology for the accounting unit, control of the management of organizations, overview of public financial support and facilities provided by the city and property records.

Maintenance of the vehicle and driving licence register including the points system, performance of state professional supervision in road transport, administration of the agenda concerning driving schools and traffic offences. Handling correspondence with the Czech embassies in other countries.

We provide registry and land registry services, administration of township buildings, internal administration, certification of criminal records, signatures, copies and deeds, civil service corps and records of residents and township property.

The office deals with the administration of the town's property, property relations, maintenance of the town's property other than non-residential premises and flats and the preparation and implementation of the town's buildings. It manages the city's public address system and local radio stations, playgrounds and sports grounds, cemeteries and energy management of city property.
