The Authority issues decisions on granting a licence or suspending a trade and maintains a trade register.

The Department permits groundwater withdrawals and the construction of wells, treatment plants, water mains and sewers. Issues permits for construction, tree cutting and decides on fees for small and medium air pollution sources. Issues hunting and fishing licenses and authorizes hunting areas.

Provision of heritage management and education. The department issues binding opinions on plans for the restoration of properties, including new buildings, which are not cultural monuments but are in the territory where the state heritage protection exercises its interests.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children. We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the field of health and social affairs.
