We are engaged in the management of city property, property relations, maintenance of city property other than non-residential premises and apartments and preparation and implementation of city buildings. We manage the city's public address system and public address systems in the local districts, playgrounds and sports grounds, cemeteries and the energy sector of the city's property.

Providing civil registration, population registration, preparation and security of all types of elections. Dealing with administrative offences in their area. Maintaining the ID and travel documents agenda for the catchment area.

We keep a vehicle register. We carry out state professional supervision in road transport. We administer the agenda concerning driving schools and traffic offences, withdrawal and return of driving licences and driving licences. We register persons engaged in the taxi business. We issue certificates of professional competence for drivers.

Execution of state administration, especially in the field of the Building Act, the Road Act, the Act on State Historical Preservation, the Act on Misdemeanors, the Act on Expropriation and several other areas.

We commission and manage the creation of investment projects of the city and ensure their implementation. We prepare documents to secure tenders for contractors. We also maintain photodocumentation of the implementation of buildings and carry out supervision of the investor. We prepare a maintenance plan for local roads.

Providing civil registry and population registration. The department also provides misdemeanour hearings, culture, administration of burial grounds and a representative at the various sections of the department, maintenance of the registry book, issue of extracts from the books of births, deaths and marriages, preparation of reports for the Police of the Czech Republic and other services.

The department provides maintenance of the vehicle register, performance of state professional supervision in road transport, administration of the agenda concerning driving schools and traffic offences.

We issue decisions on the granting of a concession, on the suspension of the practice of a trade. We keep a trade register and a register of natural and legal persons. We carry out all entries and changes to the trade register and ensure control of compliance with the trade law by entrepreneurs.

City Management.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children. We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the field of health and social affairs.

Provision of registry office and residents registration. Issuance of identity cards and travel documents.
