We provide maintenance of the vehicle register, performance of state professional supervision in road transport, administration of the agenda concerning driving schools and traffic offences. The department processes data on the withdrawal of driving licences and their restoration or assigns registration plates to road motor vehicles.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children. We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the field of health and social affairs.

Providing construction and legal activities of the city. The Department issues decisions on the location of construction, change of land use or subdivision or consolidation of land. Provision of civil registry and population registration. We manage the agenda of identity cards and travel documents. We handle ceremonies, birth, marriage and death certificates, certificates of legal capacity to marry. We verify the conformity of copies with the document and authenticate signatures.
