Management of city property and property relations. We provide forest property management, felling, planting and management of the city's forests. We maintain records of restitution and assessments. It also conducts building approvals, extends deadlines for completion of construction, and arranges for the issuance of a petition for an early occupancy permit.

We provide maintenance of the vehicle register, performance of state professional supervision in road transport, administration of the agenda concerning driving schools and traffic offences. The department processes data on the withdrawal of driving licences and their restoration or assigns registration plates to road motor vehicles.
