We perform the delegated competence of the road authority not only for the Prague 18 municipality but also the function of the state road supervision. We authorize special use of local roads, issue decisions on connection of real estate to local roads as well as carry out inspection and sanction activities.

Exercise of delegated powers of state administration and self-government in the cadastral territory of Horní Počernice. Provision of Czech POINT services.

We focus on the management and maintenance of residential and non-residential property owned by the district. Record keeping and letting of movable and immovable property. Rent control and implementation of capital construction.

The department provides the agenda of the road administration office - parking for disabled persons, road encroachment, repairs and maintenance of motorized and non-motorized roads entrusted to the administration of the Prague 14 Municipality, wrecks of motorized vehicles, encroachments for stands.

Exercise of delegated powers of state administration and local government in the cadastral territory of Kbely, Satalice, Vinoř. Provision of Czech POINT services.

Internal control of the activities of the various departments and divisions of the Authority and their use of allocated financial and material resources.

Registration of residents of the borough. Handling matters relating to ID cards, travel documents and misdemeanors. Certification of signatures and deeds.

Exercise of governmental management of movable and immovable property of the city entrusted to the care of the city district.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children. We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the field of health and social affairs.

The Office issues decisions on granting a concession, on suspension of the trade. It keeps the trade register within the scope of its administrative district.
