Internal control of the activities of the various departments and divisions of the Authority and their use of allocated financial and material resources.

Performing the functions of a building authority. Issuing planning permissions, consents for selected buildings and building permits. Providing state building supervision.

We perform the delegated competence of the road authority not only for the Prague 18 municipality but also the function of the state road supervision. We authorize special use of local roads, issue decisions on connection of real estate to local roads as well as carry out inspection and sanction activities.

The Office issues decisions on granting a concession, on suspension of the trade. It keeps the trade register within the scope of its administrative district.

Management and maintenance of residential and non-residential buildings, greenery, sports facilities and boiler rooms. Registration of small sources of pollution and companies providing services for the municipal district. Preparation and implementation of investment construction, including technical supervision.

Exercise of delegated powers of state administration and self-government in the cadastral territory of Horní Počernice. Provision of Czech POINT services.

Providing repair and maintenance of local roads and markings on them. Operation of a collection yard. Disposal of black dumps.

Registration, inventory, management and maintenance of immovable property owned by the borough. Provision of capital construction and related activities. Registration of streets and descriptive numbers in the territory of the municipal district.

The department provides the agenda of the road administration office - parking for disabled persons, road encroachment, repairs and maintenance of motorized and non-motorized roads entrusted to the administration of the Prague 14 Municipality, wrecks of motorized vehicles, encroachments for stands.

We issue extracts from the trade register and certificates of registration as an agricultural entrepreneur to legal and natural persons, decisions on the granting of a concession and on the suspension of a trade. We keep the trade register. We process applications for recognition of professional qualifications.

Exercise of governmental management of movable and immovable property of the city entrusted to the care of the city district.

We are involved in sharing information, services and cultural and social events related to the borough. Provision of Czech POINT services. We operate an electronic official board.

Bookkeeping of the Authority's ancillary economic activities, including monitoring of payments and recording of contracts. Processing payroll and financial deductions. Preparation of draft lease agreements.

Provision of legal services to council departments and performance of registry activities.
