We provide round-the-clock, year-round care in a quiet location on the outskirts of Merklín near Přeštice in the immediate vicinity of the forest, where we go for walks with our clients. Here we create a home for adults with autism spectrum disorder or intellectual or combined disabilities. The capacity of the facility is 30 beds.

We provide comprehensive care and assistance to children with serious illnesses and disabilities, their families and caregivers. We offer short and long term respite stays, comprehensive inpatient nursing care, physiotherapy, psychological counselling and specialist advice.

Offering education and training to children, young people and adults with mental retardation. There is a gymnasium and clubhouse for cultural events and discos. We do ceramics, work with natural materials, music therapy, swimming, athletics, volleyball and dance activities.

Provision of social services. We strive and promote dignified and active aging with the goal of preserving quality of life. Our aim is to enable the clients for whom our services are intended to live a varied, meaningful, responsible, fulfilling and quality life.
