We provide people with hearing and combined disabilities with comprehensive support in the form of social services that facilitate their integration into society (social rehabilitation, professional social counselling and interpreting services). We operate throughout the Czech Republic both in the field and on an outpatient basis.

Our children's home is a facility whose mission is to provide a home for children whose own family has been deeply broken up, parents have died or children are in a desperate situation. It is also designed to provide a transitional environment until a permanent transition back to their own or foster family is subsequently resolved.

Operation of an educational institute with the possibility of secondary education. There is a catering facility.

Our social services help to provide seniors and people with disabilities with the normal activities of daily personal or household care. This enables people with serious disabilities to live with dignity at home. We provide personal assistance, nursing care, day care, and professional social counselling.

We support the doctors of the ambulance service in the Central Bohemia Region. We promote fair working conditions, equal pay and represent our members in negotiations with management and authorities. Together we strive for a better future for all emergency service employees.

We offer employment preferably to adults with disabilities from our region.

Social service facilities. The services offered include a weekly residential home, a home for people with disabilities, social therapy workshops, professional social counselling, social activation services for families with children and a low-threshold facility for children and youth.

The Náruč Centre offers support and development of mental health.

The association has long supported the idea of foster family care in the Czech Republic. Our mission is to provide all-round support to children growing up in foster care through support and educational services to foster families.

We defend the interests of our members in negotiations with the employer. We offer to negotiate collective agreements.

The organization makes decisions about pension and sickness insurance benefits or the return of benefits. It collects insurance premiums and state employment policy contributions, acts in court, performs tasks in the payment of benefits abroad and ensures the issue of forms.

We provide comprehensive care and assistance to children with serious illnesses and disabilities, their families and caregivers. We offer short and long term respite stays, comprehensive inpatient nursing care, physiotherapy, psychological counselling and specialist advice.

We provide professional services, support and assistance to families of children with developmental disabilities due to prematurity, visual impairment and combined disabilities. We are an outreach service. We offer advice to clients on methods, aids and procedures or contact with specialists.
