Running an association of interested parties concerned with nature and environmental conservation.

A civic association is campaigning for the cancellation of the construction of a steam power station. Our objectives include the protection of nature and landscape and the whole environment, the proposal, conception and promotion of the cultural and social needs of the population, participation in the design and evaluation of urban concepts of the area of interest.

Our association is dedicated to protecting and restoring the unique Chestnut Avenue and creating green corridors for active living. We organize events such as happenings and art contests that bring neighbors together and foster a relationship with nature.

We are engaged in the protection of nature, landscape and historical monuments. We organize social events and meetings. Through our projects we want to improve the cultural and physical environment of our village and reach out to the locals to take more care of their environment in which they live. We try to restore traditions or repair monuments.

We carry out fieldwork and surveys for conservation purposes. We implement on-the-ground conservation measures to protect amphibians and reptiles and their habitats. We deal with biological surveys, rescue transfers, restoration of pools and wetlands, monitoring and artificial breeding.
