The first written report dates back to 1357. The village is located at an altitude of 266 metres. The village has a kindergarten and primary school and a community centre for concerts, balls, theatre performances, weddings, celebrations and seminars.

An international educational movement for youth and children aged 6 and up organizing meetings, expeditions, events and camps. The basic mission is to promote the personality development of young people, their spiritual, moral, intellectual, social and physical abilities.

Operation of a youth hiking club.

Primary school for 650 pupils with a day care centre. The school is located in the city center with good transport accessibility. There are specialist classrooms for computer science, physics, science, two gyms, a sports complex and its own swimming pool. The school has a preparatory class for children with a postponement of their primary education.

Maintenance of the vehicle register, performance of state professional supervision in road transport, administration of the agenda concerning driving schools, traffic offences and public transport.

State-run kindergarten for 28 children. The nursery includes a garden with a sandpit, gazebo, rope swing, slide, swing stand, playhouse for children and a toy house which includes a chemical toilet. We also use the sports area of the primary school for sports.

The religious community holds religious services and spiritual meetings.

We strive for a balanced regulation of noise from outdoor events, which the Czech Republic does not regulate in any way compared to other countries in Europe. We help individuals. We advocate for legislative changes. We inform the general public about the problem. We appeal to responsible politicians and officials.

Operation of the fire brigade.

We offer food, medicine, clothing, toys and leisure activities to families in difficult situations. We organize lectures for the public, interactive talks for children and speak in the media about the rights and needs of (not only) institutional children. Our main goal is to build our own home for (un)at-risk children.
