We offer expositions focused on geological development in the Podkrkonoše Basin or precious stones. It is also possible to see a patrimonial exposition, an exposition of spiritualism and other historical collections.

Operation of a museum. There is a history of mining throughout the Krkonoše Mountains, photographs and exhibits from the Berghaus site in Černý Důl, the smithy in Obří Důl, as well as from Krkonoše caves, gold and coal mines, quarries and adits.

The glass exhibition of the museum offers a glimpse into the history of glass production in Železný Brod. There are also glass figurines from Železný Brod, which are one of the symbols of the town. Běliště is one of the largest and most beautiful timbered buildings in Železný Brod and an unusual example of Pojizer folk architecture. The building is open to the public and houses the ethnographic exhibition of the Železný Brod Municipal Museum.

The Municipal Museum also operates the NKP DřeveĚNKA from the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries.

The Chrastava City Museum was opened in 1996 and visitors can learn about the history of the town and its surroundings during a tour. They can learn interesting information about the first Slavic and later German inhabitants of the town and about the conquest of the surrounding mountains.

The birthplace of the painter Josef Führich was built in 1802. The house is a state-protected monument. The ground floor of this beautiful half-timbered building is a museum of furnishings, as the original furniture has been preserved.
