The museum presents the life's work of the world-renowned filmmaker Karel Zeman and his film tricks that made Czech cinema famous in the 20th century. We operate a farm yard, which is situated in the premises of one of the farmhouses directly on the Holašovice village square. Here you will find a museum of traditional village life and farming in the 2nd half of the 19th century. The museum is located in the premises of the former cattle stables, the larger objects are in the yard of the farm. Horse riding is offered.

The Firefighters' Museum is mainly focused on the technology, equipment, armament and history of the fire brigades from the Pošumava region. The museum also has an exhibition on the history of the Stach.

Expositions in the premises of the former water mill refer to the iron tradition of the Žďár region. Visitors will learn how medieval ironworkers obtained the basic raw materials, i.e. wood, charcoal and iron. Part of the exhibition is dedicated to the last inhabitants of the building, the Brdíček family.
