The family house of the writer Karel Jaromír Erben houses his memorial, founded in 1811. The interior consists of period furniture, family heirlooms and watercolours to Erben's ballads by R. Švajdler.

The Balka Paleopark is part of an entertainment and educational project focused on the geological past of the local landscape. In the first room, visitors will find information about the founding of the legions, an analysis of the number of legionaries, and documents about the French, Russian and Italian legions. As it turned out, there were thirty-four legionnaires from Pecov. For example, Mr. Chramosta's grandfather from Pecka was a legionnaire and an engineer of an armored train.
