Operation of the Museum of Victims of Communism and History of Uranium Mining. Former prisoner of war camp serving as a museum of victims of communism. The exhibitions introduce the persecution after February 1948, the anti-communist resistance and the history of uranium mining.

The former Jesuit college houses a permanent exhibition of paintings by Ludvík Kuba. The gallery presents a thematic section of his rich oeuvre. A new museum exhibition for children and adults, Puppetry in Březnice, is partly dedicated to the puppeteer of the Prácheň region, Arnoště Kopecká.

Rural exhibition on the theme of the life of the villagers of the Central Povltava region in the 19th to 20th centuries. The archaeological part of the exposition presents the earliest history of the region connected with gold mining and processing.

Visitors can see the surface exhibitions, the Rimba adit and an exhibition called Memory of the Region.

We operate a museum in a renovated monument of an old farmhouse. We organize cultural events.

The museum was built by the enthusiasm of a cottager. Information about the history and present of old Rožmital, local customs, dialect, natural disasters, prophecies, etc. A collection of nails with a story, a collection of solar figurines.

Offer of film screenings and exhibitions focused on the Sedlčany region - prehistoric, medieval and modern times, ethnography and personalities of Jakub Krčín and composer Josef Suk. The museum offers five permanent exhibitions: the Lords of Rožmitál, How Life Was in Podbrdsko, the Jakub Jan Ryba Memorial and the Czech Christmas Mass, the Aero Historic Car Exhibition and the Barn Full of Crafts. In the summer months we also prepare summer interactive exhibitions for families with children.

The Mariánská Štola, 532 metres long, was built between 1869 and 1870 and opened to the public in 1994. Visitors are introduced to the history of the adit and the work of the old miners in the unaltered form of the preserved brick and stone lining of the adit's ovoid profile, as well as a demonstration of the mine's workings.

We operate the Antonín Dvořák Museum. In the premises of the castle was filmed the series Hospital on the edge of town after twenty years and Hospital on the edge of town - new destinies. We run exhibitions introducing the personalities of Count Václav Robert Kounice and his wife Josefina and an exhibition on the life and work of Antonín Dvořák.
