The synagogue in the former ghetto was built in the second half of the 13th century in the early Gothic style. It is a two-nave building with a cross vault. It has a high gabled roof and low corridors added, which serve as an anteroom and women's aisles.
We operate a gallery focusing mainly on contemporary art. We are a co-organizer of the Vera Jirous Award for emerging and established contemporary art critics. We represent artists such as Jana Babincová, Anežka Hošková, Vladimíra Houdek, Klára Jirková and Jan Pfeiffer.
Operation of an exhibition of torture law and torture instruments. We display around 100 exhibits and dozens of period engravings. The exhibition also includes wax dummies placed in an authentic environment, sound and above all two special audiovisual effects.
