The synagogue in the former ghetto was built in the second half of the 13th century in the early Gothic style. It is a two-nave building with a cross vault. It has a high gabled roof and low corridors added, which serve as an anteroom and women's aisles.

The Museum is a cultural institution preserving a rich collection dedicated to Prague history, which it has accumulated during its existence. The carousel has been located in Letenské sady since 1894. It is one of the oldest floor carousels in Europe and is unique thanks to the figures of horses that are covered with real horse leather. The museum reopened the carousel after a complete renovation in 2022.

We run a studio and gallery of Czech photographer Josef Sudek. We organize photographic and art exhibitions and conferences.

A children's programme is held in the hall every weekend. We offer mainly fairy tale theatre performances, art workshops. On weekdays it is also possible to book a morning educational programme for school groups. More information can be found on our website.
