Examinations, electrotherapy, ultrasound, magnetotherapy, traction, laser. Hydrotherapy: whirlpool baths. Massages, manual, instrumental lymphatic drainage.

Health yoga, pelvic floor 3x3, lymphatic drainage, massage, pilates. I deal with pelvic floor issues and related difficulties - sagging, incontinence, back pain, diastasis, loose center and other specific difficulties. Yoga in my concept is a health exercise focused on functional healthful movement.

Physiotherapy for children and adults, advice and consultation. For children I focus on psychomotor development assessment, therapy for functional disorders, assessment and therapy for children's feet, compensation in sports. For adults, I address musculoskeletal pain conditions, therapy and prevention.
