I have created a solution procedure that will bring you back to an active life without limitations. I use the SM system, the McKenzie method, gentle strengthening exercises and the foam roller.

We are a rehabilitation outpatient clinic for older school age children and adults. We offer post-trauma, post-surgery, sports physiotherapy, physical therapy, health exercises and ergonomic counselling. We are not an inpatient facility or an insurance company partner. All patients are self-pay patients with us, even with an FT voucher.
