We also provide exercise with balls, dumbbells, expanders and elastic bands or triple combination exercises. We also run movement training classes for children.

I offer zumba, aerobics, power yoga, pilates, step aerobics and bodyforming classes for children and adults. We hold classes focusing on weight loss, interval dynamic step, which alternates intervals of step routines with strengthening of individual muscle parts. We deal with spinal mobilization.
