Ladies, if you don’t feel comfortable at a traditional gym, come work out at our women’s gym in Přerov. Your first visit and exercise demo are free; we offer a pleasant and clean environment, and we’re open 16 hours a day, including weekends. We also offer group classes, a personal trainer, and accept MultiSport cards.

FitPods is a gym built around you. Choose a room, book a time and come work out in a space you have all to yourself. No waiting for machines, no stares from the neighborhood, no noise. Just you, your music, and top-notch equipment to help you get the best out of yourself.

Fitness exclusively for women with circuit training. Our workout effectively and quickly burns fat and shapes the female figure in as little as 30 minutes twice a week. Any age, weight, fitness and health limitations are not a barrier. All the time you are taken care of by a trainer who will also advise you on your diet.
