Our gym offers modern equipment for functional training, including crossfit trapeze, artificial grass, treadmills and rowing machines. There is also a fight zone with single-arm machines and kettlebells where you can enjoy a great workout. We look forward to your visit and pushing the boundaries together.

We operate a fitness centre with aerobics, step aerobics or power yoga and other activities to improve fitness. We have specialized instructors in our fitness center.

The two-week rotation was born out of practice, not theory. It was created by Vladimír Prokop, a trainer who, after a serious injury to his right arm, decided that returning to movement was not a matter of luck, but of system. He didn't want to accept the limits set by others. He began to look for a path - a functional, long-term one.

Our fitness centre offers not only the facilities of a classic gym, but also a well-equipped zone for functional training and a fully equipped zone for combat sports, including a complete octagon, training tatami and auxiliary apparatus.

Functional fitness center - we offer indoor classes, personal training, cardio and functional zone, nutritional advice, massage, InBody measurement. Possibility to use also VacuShape and Power Plate machines. We provide babysitting in the children's corner for morning classes and tanning.

Operation of the fitness centre. Offer of massage, reconditioning, regeneration, fitness, sports services and nutritional advice. We offer weight room, cardio, alpinning, jumping and bosu. We provide weight reduction and detoxification of the body. Instructors are available.

We operate a family-type gym. There is a section equipped with dumbbells, an aerobic section equipped with ergometers, basic fitness equipment, special fitness equipment, a selection of Olympic discs and one-arm dumbbells. We offer expert guidance, nutrition and training advice and nutritional supplements.

The Women's Fitness Center delivers a functional 30-minute circuit workout that provides a comprehensive exercise program incorporating elements of cardiovascular and strength training. It strengthens muscles, tones the body, speeds up metabolism, burns fat and helps reduce weight.
