Personal training sessions are also an integral part of the program, where we give clients individual attention.

Operation of a movement centre. We offer movement activities for children, exercise for parents with children, for the elderly or disabled. We provide individual training and nutritional advice.

We operate a spinning centre. We offer exercises on Power Plate machines.

Functional exercise for all ages. CrossFit is an exercise program combining elements of athletics, gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting. It increases strength, muscular endurance, fitness, shapes the physique and builds muscle mass.

Operation of fitness center. Offering massage, reconditioning, restorative, fitness, sports services and nutritional advice. We offer weight room, cardio, alpinning, jumping and bosu. We provide weight reduction and detoxification of the body. Instructors are available.
