We operate a fitness center with a gym with a children's corner. We offer classes in aerobics, indoor cycling, health exercises and martial sport tae-bo. We also conduct classes of H.E.A.T. program, TRX, pilates, body styling, zumba and fit kick boxing. We also allow individual training sessions with a trainer.

EMS training - exercise using EMS technology, an effective way of exercise, where in 20 minutes you activate and strengthen the whole body, eliminate back pain.

We offer services for sports and fitness activities. You can find here a large and a small hall. We practice Zumba (also with children), Zumba in combination with weight training, Pilates (for beginners and advanced), karate, boxing and fitbox. We provide training with a personal trainer. We sell season tickets. There is a children's corner.

Fitness centre in the Metalica building, in the Nová Waltrovka area, with an entrance from the courtyard of the building. It offers modern Matrix equipment, including an extensive cardio zone and weight machines. There is also a Finnish sauna, which is free of charge as part of the fitness visit.
