We are a small family-run fitness company with a 20-year tradition. In our fitness you will find a gym and a cardio zone. The cardio zone has treadmills, exercise bikes, steppers, stairs, AIR bike, rowing machine, ski, cross-country trainer (Skyerg), Matrix S-Drive. In the gym there are Technogym fitness machines.

Our bowling bar offers fun for all occasions. You can bowl on our professional lanes or play table football. We organise competitions and offer gift vouchers. On request, we can arrange catering of Czech or Ukrainian cuisine for your celebration or corporate party.

In our private studio in Nusle we offer space for massages, yoga, stretching, aerial hoop and exercises with your own weight. You can rent the studio yourself, come with a trainer or book a trainer with us. Also suitable for trainers with their own clientele. Open daily 5:00-23:00.

An intelligent training system that allows you to achieve your goals simply, safely, effectively. Simply-train for only 35 minutes, 6 times a month, with a smart card it's easy. You can't make a mistake safely.

Our complex is designed for various sports disciplines: tennis, football, volleyball, volleyball, basketball and others. The complex also includes a playground with various attractions for the little ones - sandpit, swings and more. The complex is equipped with two comfortable changing rooms with showers and toilets.

The company organizes interest groups in kindergartens and other educational institutions. In cooperation with Master Zhai Hua we organize Tai Chi Chen classes for adults. These courses are taught in the traditional Chinese way, which we have developed to make Tai Chi as understandable as possible for the contemporary.
