Our therapy is designed for both children and adults and promotes creativity and inner balance. Creating with us heals the soul and reduces stress.

We run a meditation centre. There is a common room, attic and outdoor areas with a garden, accommodation in natural houses. We organize self-development courses.

There is a yoga studio on the mat. We run group classes, individual classes and open classes of classical, gentle, pregnancy and yin yoga. Classes are taught with respect for the body and breath, in small groups, with an emphasis on safety and individual attention.
