We offer a unique bilateral exercise course, inspired by traditional Cossack techniques, which uses beech sticks, ropes, poi and other natural tools to develop fine motor skills and coordination. Our exercises help to harmonize the body and mind, thereby improving your physical and mental resilience.
We run a meditation centre. There is a common room, attic and outdoor areas with a garden, accommodation in natural houses. We organize self-development courses.
There is a yoga studio on the mat. We run group classes, individual classes and open classes of classical, gentle, pregnancy and yin yoga. Classes are taught with respect for the body and breath, in small groups, with an emphasis on safety and individual attention.
