Pilates Movement Specialist Centre for back, spine and joint pain management based on international physiotherapy concepts, Pilates and 3D functional musculoskeletal anatomy system. We work with athletes as well as the general client population and clients with health limitations.

I organize Pilates and Bosu Pilates classes for body strengthening. I offer instructor services, exercises for all ages and levels. I provide special classes for expectant mothers and women after childbirth.
