We offer coaching from beginner to advanced and personal coaching. Boxing, kids exercise, circuit training, pilates, fit boy and power yoga available.

I offer Pilates exercises. Exercises develop coordination, strength, balance, flexibility and breathing. DVDs, books, t-shirts, leggings and towels available for purchase. I provide instructor training.

A space that caresses and heals itself - that's us, a boutique studio. A building you would normally pass by without a sign of interest is "different" inside. A space where women indulge in moments of stopping, resting and returning to themselves. Yoga or J-HO is about connection.
