We operate a fitness centre for all generations in a family environment. We practice aerobics, pilates, power yoga, Hanky Kynychová's abdominal baking - weight training, calanetics, p-class and bodystyling, healthy back. We also offer exercises for seniors and rental of the mirror room.

Morning, afternoon and evening classes Pilates Reformer, Pilates on the mat. Studio capacity 5 persons. Always an individual approach to each customer. We prefer quality, not quantity. New Pilates service in the office. We look forward to seeing you.
