Operation of aerial acrobatics studio and movement lessons. Offering aerial silks, aerial hoop, pole dance, fly yoga and stretching classes for children and adults, with an emphasis on combining dance and exercise arts and developing strength, balance and flexibility.

We teach the martial art of Aikido Iwama Ryu. We emphasize real self-defense and correct execution of techniques. Due to the low demand on physical strength, the courses are suitable for men, women and children.
