The chamber pilates studio is designed for individual lessons or exercise in pairs. The equipment and Pilates machines (Reformer, Chair, MOTR) together with the experience of the trainer provide the clients of the studio with the maximum quality of exercise.

We offer services for sports and fitness activities. You can find here a large and a small hall. We practice Zumba (also with children), Zumba in combination with weight training, Pilates (for beginners and advanced), karate, boxing and fitbox. We provide training with a personal trainer.
