NPilates studio in Černošice was created out of love for pilates and the desire to help people discover the strength and balance of their own body. We offer professional Pilates classes on reformers and mats in a friendly and inspiring environment where everyone feels welcome - regardless of their level of experience.

We run aerobics classes for children, teenagers and adults. We participate in competitions. We also offer Pilates, Zumba, Bosu or stroller workouts. We hold weekend and summer camps.

The chamber pilates studio is designed for individual lessons or exercise in pairs. The equipment and Pilates machines (Reformer, Chair, MOTR) together with the experience of the trainer provide the clients of the studio with the maximum quality of exercise.
