We are a school of movement, strength and fitness. We specialize in self-weight training, kettlebell and kettlebell training according to the methodology of the prestigious international organization StrongFirst.

We bring great bodyweight exercises, lots of fun and a great group of people.

Aqua aerobics is suitable for all ages with different physical fitness levels and for those who want to shape their body, improve their endurance and get a good workout. In the fitness section we use water aids to increase the efficiency and intensity of the exercise. Classes full of healthy movement and fun.

We operate a modern educational facility providing accredited courses by the Ministry of Education in Brno, Prague, Ostrava, Bratislava and many other cities. We specialize in exercise and nutrition courses, Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Advisor courses.

We offer jumping lessons. Jumping shapes the body, improves fitness and coordination of movement. We perform simple steps, dynamic jumps, fast sprints, full body stretches and balance strengthening. We provide relaxation, reconditioning and time to unwind from work and stress.

We offer exercises on SLENDER rehabilitation tables, the exercises are suitable for all ages. Also Vacu - Shape, it is walking in a vacuum cabin. Vacu - Bike - vacuum, overpressure and infrared. Lymfoven, helps to restore and increase lymph circulation.

We operate a fitness centre. We offer balloon exercises, pregnancy exercises, spinning, salsa or zumba classes. We provide rehabilitation services and Thai or restorative massages. We offer power yoga, aerobics, bosu and cardio zone, pilates and fitbox. We provide personal trainer services.

We teach Pilates by qualified teachers. We practice in small groups to maintain the quality of the classes. The difficulty of the class is tailored to the clients. We offer instructional DVDs, room rental for ballet, yoga and more.

Operation of a club focused on aerobics. Participation in aerobics competitions. Offering fitness programs to the public which include zumba, dance aerobics, step aerobics and bodystyling. Providing training sessions for children.

Studio offering yoga classes, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, strength and cardio training, all in group and individual sessions. There are two fully equipped rooms, plenty of equipment and cosy facilities. Special events at the weekend, around 35 group classes during the week from professional trainers.
