VING TSUN is a very effective real self-defense system with origins in China. We also teach the effective fighting style of ESCRIMA where you will learn to wield a knife, telescopic baton, pole, machetes and other weapons. In the SECURITY SYSTEM training area, we offer advanced combat and tactical courses.

We are a registered association of members who are involved in sports mainly hiking, awareness, cultural and educational activities mainly focusing on the development of the individual physically and mentally and self-defence. We provide instruction and training in martial arts (Judo, Aiki Ju Jitsu, self-defense, professional self-defense and hand-to-hand combat), law enforcement and self-defense or self-defense and fighting with telescopic batons.
