We run a sports club focusing on the martial art of Sumo. We participate in international and domestic matches at professional and amateur level. We are accepting new and eager supporters into our ranks who are interested in the sport.

We offer karate classes. We provide training for beginners and advanced. We participate in competitions, championships and cups. We go to training camps.

Offering courses and training in the Korean martial art of Taekwondo. We provide the possibility of individual program or intensive training in the form of short-term seminar.

Men, women and children can train in the club premises. You can try Thai boxing, boxing, kick boxing, circuit training, zumba, fitness or dance aerobics for mothers with children.

Offering karate classes for children and adults.

Classes in the modern martial art of Tae Kwon - Do (a Korean method of self-defense that incorporates the art of defending oneself at any age or physical condition). We conduct courses for children and adults.

I offer authentic Chinese Tai Chi and Qigong.
