The association brings together students of the Y.C. Wong sifu. We organize training for beginners and advanced, children and adults.

We're a self-defense school. We teach defensive techniques with elements of krav maga against armed and unarmed attackers.

We run a judo sports club for children and adults. We offer judo and self-defense lessons. We also provide lessons for schools. We participate in tournaments and competitions.

We operate a martial arts club. We teach Grappling, MMA, Sambo and Kick boxing. We provide self-defense training.

A program specially designed for the youngest children. The training sessions involve less judo; instead, we focus more on proper movement and fun activities. Children learn the basics of judo in a playful way, developing coordination, strength, and agility. Training sessions begin with a warm-up and include basic gymnastics and elements of track and field.

Judo classes for children ages 5 and up and for adults. It doesn’t matter whether you want to compete or just practice judo for the joy of exercise—our doors are always open to you. Our goal is to provide training opportunities for everyone, in accordance with the principles of judo: courtesy, courage, sincerity, honor, modesty, respect, self-control, and friendship.

I run movement preparations for children. I teach kickboxing to children and adults, fighting routines with and without weapons Kung-Fu style. I participate in performances at various cultural and social events.
