Judo training for children from 6 years old and for adults. It is not important whether you want to compete or do judo for the joy of movement - with us the door is always open. Our aim is to give all people the opportunity to train according to the principles of judo: courtesy, courage, honesty, modesty, respect, self-control, friendship.

Our centre is dedicated to teaching traditional martial arts, yoga and meditation. We also organize interesting workshops and other events.

We run a judo sports club for children and youth. Every year we organize a number of tournaments and competitions for all ages at the national level with the participation of athletes from neighboring countries.

We organize Capoeira training. Trainings are suitable for the general public regardless of age and physical fitness. We develop cooperation both nationally and internationally. We cooperate with smaller, starting clubs in other Czech cities.

We teach the Wing Tsun self-defense system and at the same time organize courses, lectures and seminars in the field of violent crime prevention. A special area is organizing seminars, courses and lectures for children, professionals from the Police of the Czech Republic, Municipal Police, health professionals, authorities, etc.

Tai chi classes where you will experience proven benefits including stress reduction and relief from back pain from sedentary work. You can come to slow down, calm down and fill your body and mind with inner peace. Tai chi is a balm for the nerves in stressful times.

Self defense classes for men and women, close combat instruction. Krav Maga section. Weaponless fighting classes. We are the official representatives of the European Federation of Krav Maga RD in the Czech Republic.
